The town’s appeal in the past has been the affordable housing and close proximity to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.  Our residential boom has continued for the past several years so we are now experiencing a similar increase in commercial development.  Major road expansion projects are under way for our main thoroughfares, FM 720 (Eldorado Parkway) and FM 423.  Completion of the Lewisville Corridor project and the Lake Lewisville Toll Bridge will bring an estimated 40,000 cars per day through the heart of town.  If you are looking for a location for your business, what more could you ask for?
